Our Story
A lifetime of experience in construction and education. Tim literally grew up in a world under construction. His father is a legendary Disney artist who constantly changed and improved the world around him with an amazing combination of creativity and attention to detail that you would find in a few places beyond the world of Disney. Tim followed that path through art school, a BA from the University of San Diego, and then, ultimately, a master’s degree in education from the University of Hawaii. All The While putting himself through school with a career in construction that he ultimately stuck with.
A true creator, Tim once did literally everything by himself. Often designing and then building the home of clients’ dreams. Today, he surrounds himself with a crew that he considers family. Great guys that are down to earth family men. They are skilled craftsmen or eager apprentices. They share an attention to detail, a thrill from pleasing clients, pride in what they do, and an eagerness to do their best on a daily basis. This goes for our subcontractors as well. They are all people that Tim has to deal with daily, and they are people he not only approves of being in your home but around his own family.
Today, we still dream, design, build, while teaching, learning and committing to improving every day. Tim lives in upcountry Maui with his wife, Kami, their daughter, Coco, and their wild and crazy dog, The Dude.
